"You studied physics up to the Master's degree? And even worked for some time in research and teaching at the university?"


This is probably the most shocking revelation for most who get to know me, or find out after some time. Apparently I don't look nerdy enough. Or just too sporty.


And that's what it's always been about for me. To perform optimally and not only on one level, e.g. mentally in science, but also physically (although the two interact very closely). That's why I also have a master's degree in sports science. Coupled with my fable and talent for imparting knowledge, I worked for a few years as a secondary school teacher for physics, mathematics and sports.


In the long run, however, my entrepreneurial drive and wanderlust were just too much.

Now I spend most of the year herer in Varna and a couple of weeks in the winter in selected sunny places.


As a nutritionist and sports scientist, I have made it my mission to help entrepreneurs achieve full performance at work while enjoying time with friends and family full of energy and without discomfort. For me, only this combination is optimal performance in life.


So it's really great to see how time-saving and effective my clients can be in boosting their health and transferring an almost unfair advantage to their business in the form of mental clarity and focus.
